Meet Your LINX Leaders!
Owner and Founder
Joe is the owner and founder of LINX, LLC. Before starting LINX, Joe worked as a financial consultant for KCI (acquired by FTI) and worked for McKinsey & Co in Boston; he was the COO/CFO of an eldercare startup and did some turnaround work as well. Drawing on his business experience, his passion for teaching and desire to help children expand their interests, in LINX Joe has created an innovative enrichment environment of classes and camps in which children explore and experience new things and learn along the way. He has proven that children learn and retain experiences most notably in a fun based environment, which is the hallmark of LINX. Joe is a board member of Camp Casco, which provides free camp experiences for children with cancer. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S.in Management, with a minor in Computer Science, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Joe is married and the proud father of two daughters.
Melissa is the Vice President of Operations for LINX and skillfully handles many of the day-to-day operations. Melissa has her BS from Babson College in Business and Marketing. She has spent the past 7 years developing programs and systems to help staff and children succeed. Along with her unmatched attention to detail, Melissa has led the G.I.R.L. Power and Entrepreneurs Club, two classes that taught children how to become more confident leaders.
Lisa is an integral figure in the LINX community; she is a Class Director that has worked with younger children and their caregivers in discussion groups for over twelve years. She has directed child development programs at Isis Parenting, worked as a Child Life Specialist at Boston Children's hospital, and graduated Weelock College with a Bachelor's in Human Growth and Development. Lisa's knowledge and passion for child development is unparalleled and she brings this passion directly to the LINX campers every day.
Meesh knew from a young age that it was her calling to work with children. She nannied for many years while in college and for some time after. Upon graduating from Framingham State College, she aided in the opening of a children's gym and indoor playground. She put her passion of fitness and child development together and designed a kid-fit program for the gym. When the opportunity opened for a career at LINX it was an easy decision. LINX's core values match those that Meesh values and she quickly became a LINX leader. Going on year four at LINX, Meesh has proven she can lead a team and continually strive for excellence. As Associate Director of LINX Camps she is eager to prove that she can do anything and be a role model for campers to look up to.
