Kids have fun as they improve strength, agility, accuracy endurance and more in Sports Conditioning! Friendly challenges give kids a leg up as they prepare to play their favorite competitive sports. Kids will develop better focus, self-discipline and body control. Classes are divided by age, and kids can join individually or as a team.

Chris Coimbra “Cornbread,” certified in youth conditioning, is famous at LINX for getting kids moving and motivated, as they challenge themselves individually and as part of a team. His fun-loving attitude is contagious! Kids are sure to develop a love for physical activity to last a lifetime. Parents will receive progress reports to highlight what is being learned each month.
