Sports Conditioning uses friendly challenges to help children gain physical strength and health for their favorite sports. A great way to stay active with a fun based learning approach to all sport techniques. Kids will develop better:
- body control
through exercises and activities of:
- agility training
- core strengthening
- explosiveness (how fast they are off the line)
Kids are sure to develop a love for physical activity to last a lifetime. Parents will receive progress reports to highlight what is being learned each month.
Kids can join individually or as a team!
